The Swedish fashion and lifestyle magazine Café annually nominate the most outstanding in Swedish men's fashion. This year, Tiger of Sweden's creative director Christoffer Lundman is the winner of the category Designer of the Year.
The jury’s motivation is as follows:
How do you renew a 115-year old brand to make it feel relevant both here and now but also in the future? Christoffer Lundman has updated fits and materials and developed an attractive range of wardrobe staples. As creative director, he has also modernized store interiors, logo and advertising campaigns. Tiger of Sweden is ready for a new international trip.
– I’d like to thank Café for this award and their acknowledgement of the extensive work that we have put into renewing our brand. It’s been a privilege to learn about Tiger's long and outstanding history, which is a constant source of inspiration to me, but also to continue the company’s journey forward. A big thank you to my amazing team and all the Tiger employees who have worked tirelessly with an amazing energy during the past 18 months.
